The Ministry of Sports and Tourism of Belarus has officially published a decree on the establishment of the state online lottery "EuroLoto 4 out of 15". The organizer was "National Sports Lotteries".
Such a lottery was organized primarily to obtain financial investments for the development of physical culture and sports, as well as the Olympic and Paralympic movements.
Regarding the conditions for participation in the lottery, it is known that bets are accepted from those who have registered in the system - players fill in information to identify their identity and the possibility of further receiving a win in the lottery.
Acceptance of bets will work by bank transfer on the official website. The winnings can be received through electronic payments from the organizer or by any other legal ways.
