Famous‌ ‌poker player‌ ‌gave‌ ‌ $100‌ all, ‌who‌ he ‌met

Phil Hellmuth decided to do charity work before Christmas, but chose a rather unusual way. Poker Pros usually host charity tournaments or simply donate large sums of money to relief funds. However, Helmut stood out.

The 15-time WSOP bracelet winner flew into the Aria Casino in Las Vegas. There, he handed out $100 to all the attendants he met along the way. In a Twitter post, Hellmuth wrote that he gave away $2,000 on the first day. In two days, 500 random casino workers received gifts from Phil.

Despite Phil's generosity, many of his followers did not appreciate this gesture. There was an opinion that Hellmuth arranged the "tip day" solely for the sake of PR. Supposedly, if a poker player wanted to do charity work, he would simply transfer the money to one of the funds. But there were also those who supported Phil.
