You can become a member at most poker sites and either ‘play for fun’ or join their daily Freeroll games.

Most poker rooms worth their space will allow you to register an account and play for nothing until you get used to the game.
If you want to play for money though, there are other ways to deposit. Paypal is the most popular. PP Poker sites are listed here:
