i’ve tried many like PokerStars and FullTiltPoker and such, and different online casinos, but none of them allow florida residents to play.
why? I dunno..
but if anybody knows legitimate sites where florida residents can play, please let me know. comments are welcome.

Why do you say Florida players can’t play on those poker sites? Many people from Florida play on those sites.

The laws that state that online gambling is illegal actually are for the banks, not for you. So you cant deposit through bank but you can use all access visa gift card which doesnt have gambling filter.
Its completely legal. I know many people playing online.
im pretty confident the sites allow you to play its just the bank prolly wont let you dep. on either of them. Try Absolute Poker they usually change up their charges so the bank doesnt really know its a poker site
Here is a link to some legitimate sites that are 100& USA legal and allow Florida players. Since they are USA legal, and regulated under US law, you can play using your regular credit card and you are protected by US law in the event of a problem.

I’ve been playing poker online for a while. The sites are pretty good. One thing I found is a site that just opened up called allinspot poker. It gives you four free dollars worth of game money and there is almost nobody on the site. You can create your own tourneys too. The website is http://www.allinspot.com hope this helps.
This site in the source allows players from all US states I think so I dont think so that florida will be an exception on it..Its a really popular and legitimate site and as I have been playing on it for quite while, I can say from experience that you will enjoy playing on it..especially texas holdem poker.
