I’ve won a few poker tournaments in my day and I believe there is no greater feeling than winning a poker tournament. The odds are against you and you come through. I get such a sense of accomplishment from winning poker tournaments. I get that feeling from nothing else. So do you all agree? Nothing feels better than winning a poker tournament? Not even sex.
Yeah, maybe I overexagerated about the sex part. I just won a poker tournament last night. It felt great.

How does the game decide who the 5 winners are among the (likely) 9 players that just got knocked out?

Good question. In multi-table tourneys, I’ve occassionally seen two players tie if they’ve gone out on the same hand with the same starting chip count. It’s rare. I can only assume that’s how the situation would be handled in this case as well, and I think it would certainly be the fairest resolution.

Does anyone know if there any “Double Or Nothing” poker tournaments in real casinos? I know that there are tournaments like that in on-line casinos, I am looking for offline casino where I can play tournament like that in USA or Canada.

I assume you are talking double or nothing Sit N Gos and as far as I know you won’t find many of those in a casino. I love those tournaments too and was able to build a bankroll just playing those tournaments on PokerStars but I mostly play on Full Tilt now and they don’t have them but I am having positive results in the regular Sit N Gos.
