Hey I was with a friend and he was playing poker online. I forgot which poker site/program he used, but he was playing for real money.

He was able to go to like 9 player tournaments (so just 1 table) and he puts like $ 10 in, or $ 20 or how much ever you’d like and you start with 1100 in chips. Winner gets 50% of entire pot and so on. I tried poker stars and full tilt poker but i had no luck finding an option to play those kinds of tournaments I guess.

Anyone know what im talking about?
Key emphasis on 9 player tournament. I just want to do ones like this that aren’t too long.

Those are single table or “Sit And Go” tournaments. If you want them to be specifically 9 players you will have to play on a site like Cake or Aced Poker which have 9 player tables. They both run these,just look for Sit N Gos or Single Table Tournaments. If you do sign up you should sign up through http://www.rakebackresource.com so you get rakeback on both of those sites because that way you’ll get a third of the fee you pay for those tournaments paid back to you through rakeback.

i suck so i need lots of reload bonuses and any site willing to give a way money is good with me……..i dont care about graphics to much…….i hate rebuy tournaments………i really liked party poker but i cant play there anymore because i am in the U.S……..i liked how party poker had mini step tournaments anyone who has played there probably knows what im talking about……..so if they knew of a site that had that that would be good…….Any suggestions on the best sites………..

You can back me if you want, lol. I live in Las Vegas and have access to all the biggest tournaments in the world. You pay 100% of the entrance fees and can half of what I win.

i have one casino in mind but i am not sure what it is called, i do remember that it is near the prison heading towards the city centre

does anyone know of this casino?

Unfortunately I only found this out very recently myself – I will probably go with a few friends some day ! The only decent casino I know in Manchester is Grovenors, and to my surprise they do indeed host a ‘Poker Texas Hold em’ Tournament !

The casino can be found at:

Riverside, Regent Road, Salford M5 4QU

Tournaments are on: Mondays, Wednesdays, Sundays Texas Hold’em, £10 buy in with the exception of the first Wednesday of every month which is a £50 buy in.

You never know, maybe i’ll see you there one day =) , be sure to tell me how it goes if you do go !

I play texas hold’em for real money online at fulltilt. I just started but i don’t have any friends that are interested in poker, so i have know one to talk poker with. Really tired of driving down to Atlantic City just to play in tournament. I do know that table games have been approved for all casinos in Pennsylvania, but I haven’t heard of any of them being added yet. Does anyone know any Casinos in the Philadelphia area that is currently offering Poker Tournaments/Cash Games? Anywhere within 50 minutes or so would be fine.

Wind River Casino outside of Norman….Brand new and supposed to be awesome….if you’re willing to drive an hour or so east to Tulsa, Cherokee Casino and Resort, I-44, Exit 193rd E ave…has a LARGE poker room……also have Blackjack and 3 card poker as well….
