I’ve been contemplating moving from online play to the casinos in Atlantic City and wondering if I should bring sunglasses or whatever to try aznd hide any tells I might have,….but I don’t want to look like an idiot so I was wondering if anyone else actually does this?

No. Moreover, many of the online poker rooms, because they require you to download software to participate, are installing spyware on your PC, making you subject to potential identity theft. The only way to win is not to play.

Absolute poker and ultimate bet both have 100 dollar instant bankrolls, however, you get 50 up front and 50 as a bonus…and its practically impossible to clear that bonus at the micros. Even 10+ tabling for 10k + hands I’ve yet to even clear 10 bucks of the 50.

I’d only recommend doing that if you have no intentions of playing on the site once the bonus is cleared as you miss out on rakeback, and $ 50 bucks is not worth losing 30% rakeback for life.

I personally pull in about 10 bucks a week via rakeback at the microstakes, in 5 weeks you are now losing money,

IMO your best bet is to deposit $ 20 bucks and get a $ 20 signup bonus, then play the micros + rakeback and build your roll.

I see these websites that say if you pay 50 dollars they will give you software so you can see your opponents cards playing online poker during a hand. I searched just being curious and i found so many different ones but all wanting at least 50 for the software. I play online poker this makes me so sick! Stay away from online gambling, it will make you lose more than what you win. Gambling addiction is a major issue in todays society, and defninitely not worth going bankrupt for.

No.

However, some poker rooms might give you some credit if you play freeroll and fake money games for a while. Pokerstars gave me $ 2 after about a month, and I’ve never deposited anything. In past years, they apparently gave out $ 5.
