well, I am not sure if it’s the right answer, but you may want to check out allinspot poker at http://www.allinspot.com because there is an Exchange Market where players can either sell or buy the virtual chips. I know some players who are already trading chips there. It could make some profits.

I like to play poker, live as well as online, and consider myself to be an okay player.
I manage to accumulate a large amount of chips quite quickly > 50K, however, I always seem to blow all my winnings the next time I play and have to start from scratch again.

I just wanted to know whether anyone else has had this problem and knows of a solution and/or whether this is a common problem.

Any help/advice would be greatly appreciated, thanks.

Don’t get stupid when you have a bunch of chips in front of you. I used to have that problem as well then I just told myself to slow down and rethink your next move. Don’t play hands you wouldn’t normally just because you have a bunch of chips.

Ebay would probably be your best bet, there’s a lot of auctions for those type of chips there. I don’t know of any sites that cater specifically to finding real casino chips.

yeah might seem a bit stupid but im watching poker on the tv and they raise like 426k and i was wondering how they know how much they have raised straight away.

i know like the chips have value but if you have a stack of hundreds of chips how do they count it that quick?

Because the stacks are usually set amounts. Usually stacks of 20 chips… something like that.

So if someone pushes in a stack of 20K chips, you know that’s 400K. Works from there.
