Question by anon212313123: Does prolonged sitting cause degenerative disk disease?
And if so, how and over how long? Also I had an online poker tournament and I had to sit for around 12 hours straight in an uncofortable chair, could this have caused lasting disk damage? I am 23 years old.

yes it can you should try to get up and stretch every hour or so
also exercise helps

Question by Alpine: Can stress from playing online poker cause acne?
I have mild to moderate acne, I’m 19 and I’ve been playing alot of online poker and I don’t really think I’m too stressed while I play it but I do like to win and I’ve read time and time again that stress plays a big role in production of sebum which is my problem raither then it being white heads its some pores overproduction of oil. I’f I quit poker you think my skin will get better cause I’ve just noticed a breakout.

any stress can cause acne because when you are stressed your glands open and release oil.
