Question by Daniel V: Where can i find the casino/poker chips?
Here is the link to the exact chips I want.

I have a set of them which comes with the 1,5,10,25, and 100. But not the 500 and 1000. I wouldnt mind buting a whole new set of them as long as it comes with the 500 and 1000 dollar chips.

ive only been to the casino once and i stuck to the slot mahcines. are the card tables (or any of the games other than slot machines aka the games where theres a person running them) the highest skill level or do they have different level ones? my friend knows how to play poker (not very well) and wants to play but i didnt want him to get killed the second he sits down and lose all his money. should u only go to the tables if u either want to lose all ur money or unless ur very good at the games?

p.s whats the game where they spin the wheel and u pick a number and if the ball lands on the number u win? that always looked fun but i didnt know what its called and if all u do is pick random numbers or if theres a strategy for these type of games

sorry if these are dumb questions
ive never played poker a day in my life so im all set with that one!! my friend has played maybe 20 times but never for money and always at home with friends so i just dont want him to sit at a table full of world champion poker players and getting eaten alive..i want his dignity to stay somewhat intact this weekend haha

are all games basically a game of chance or are there strategies to playing them?

Its Illegal to gamble outside of certain areas. Like casinos for instance. I really dont think your going to find an online poker that uses real money. Plus, poker games need to be in casinos for the fact that the game can be tampered with.

is there a retail boxed casino/poker game which has both an on line and off line component without requiring a monthly subscription?

one that can be played to advance in off line tournaments for fun and played on line to practice with real people?

Based on my past experiences I can tell that most of these games should be played online only. The reason is very similar. Player activity should be tracked properly. Every action (even free play activity) a player takes gets recorded. In case the player is not connected to the datatbase through the internet activity cannot be logged.

i’ve tried many like PokerStars and FullTiltPoker and such, and different online casinos, but none of them allow florida residents to play.
why? I dunno..
but if anybody knows legitimate sites where florida residents can play, please let me know. comments are welcome.

Why do you say Florida players can’t play on those poker sites? Many people from Florida play on those sites.

I am throwing a casino night birthday party for my husband. I want it to be fun for our guests. I want my guests to play games but I don’t want to tie anyone down to a table (to deal all night). And I can’t afford to hire dealers. And I don’t think they want to play games all night anyway, so I need ideas on quick and easy games to play.

Kind of like baby shower games. I have awesome prizes but need help with the games.

Try a few rounds of bingo or pokino (pokino is like bingo, only instead of B-12, I-72 etc. the boards are made of a collage of playing cards, so you call out things like, “Queen of Diamonds” or “Two of Hearts” and people mark their boards. You could even try making your own birthday-themed bingo cards.

Try group games like Taboo or Pictionary, but make it casino-themed. Or try Roulette. Everyone can play that..
