When I get my online poker check in the mail from Poker stars will I be able to deposit it into my bank account? I do live in the USA.

Absolutely, you will have no problems cashing it at your bank. They strongly advise in fact to cash it at a bank or financial institution and not a check cashing store. Your bank may charge you a small fee to cash it though as it may be an international check but I doubt it.

I never had any issues cashing a check from pokerstars. Nowhere on the check does it say “poker” or “gambling”… it’s just a check, and when I received them, they were from a payment processor somewhere in Arizona or something, so it was a check from a US Bank. No problems whatsoever.
