I have mild to moderate acne, I’m 19 and I’ve been playing alot of online poker and I don’t really think I’m too stressed while I play it but I do like to win and I’ve read time and time again that stress plays a big role in production of sebum which is my problem raither then it being white heads its some pores overproduction of oil. I’f I quit poker you think my skin will get better cause I’ve just noticed a breakout.

any stress can cause acne because when you are stressed your glands open and release oil.

yes, stress can cause acne,rashes, alot
Yes, stress causes breakouts. just try to stop playing, and do something else. jacking off, or pain pills helps i’ve heard. not saying it’s right but it might help.

I don’t understand why you’re spending your free time doing something that’s causing you stress? Work or relationship, I can understand, but a hobby that causes stress?!?? I am befuddled.
